Matthew Keating

Matthew Keating began dancing Tango in 2011 at UofM’s Michigan Argentine Tango Club. Matthew’s unique approach to teaching, blends his social dance experience with other dance styles like bachata, contact improv, & zouk, contemporary dance like Gaga Technique, strength & conditioning principles, yogic breathwork, mindfulness, and play to create a learning space that is both supportive and challenging.

Irene Cameron dances and teaches social Argentine Tango in Ann Arbor, Michigan. She began her tango journey with MATC over 15 years ago and enjoys traveling to connect with dancers worldwide. Known for her passion for connection and expression, Irene guides her students through the depth and nuance of tango, empowering both leaders and followers to express themselves fully and contribute uniquely to the dance.
